An iDEAL | Wero Partner is a payment service provider certified by Currence for one or more roles:
- Issuer — offers iDEAL | Wero as a payment method, so their own customers can pay with it.

Your organisation applies for Scheme Partner certification with Currence, who will guide you through the licence, certificate, or accreditation agreement for the role you want (Issuer, Acquirer, CPSP, or C2C provider).
Currence charges licencees and certificate holders a fee for the schemes they participate in. There are currently no fees for C2C providers.
Your organisation needs to be a licensed payment service provider listed in the register of the relevant European regulator (for example, De Nederlandsche Bank), and meet the admission requirements Currence sets for the specific role — Issuer, Acquirer, CPSP, or C2C provider — you want to fulfil.
Yes. iDEAL | Wero is open to any licensed payment service provider listed in a European regulator's register, provided your licence has been passported to the Netherlands — you'd then obtain a licence or certificate agreement just as a Dutch organisation would.
